1. How can i track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on Track your Order and providing your order ID and email address or by going to ‘My Orders’ section under ‘My Account‘. We will also send you your order updates via email.
2. How long will it take to ship my order?
The delivery timeline depends upon the address of the customer.
We dispatch the order within 48 bussiness hours. You can expect your order within 7-10 bussiness days depending on your location in India. For international orders, the average delivery time is 15-20 bussiness days depending on the country of residence.
3. What do I do if I receive a tampered/damaged shipment?
If you have received your shipment tampered or damaged, please reach out to our support team at info@mmrikanda.com with an image of the damaged/tampered product/package.
4. Are the colours of the products shown on website accurate?
The product on our website has been portrayed as accurately as possible, however the colour may vary due to individual monitor/electronic device settings.
5. How long will it take for me to receive the refund for my returned product?
Once the returned shipment reaches our warehouse, the item will go through quality check by our quality team. Once it is cleared, the refund process will be initiated within 48 business hours. The amount will be transferred via NEFT.
Note: in case the product doesn’t clear quality check, we will not be able to process the refund. The reason of the same will be informed to you via email by our support team.
6. Will the product be ready to wear?
With the sarees that come with a running blouse piece, the piece needs to be removed by the customer or can be worn as it is if the customer chooses to keep the saree longer with more pleats.
