If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy allows you to request a refund or return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note the following guidelines:

• Items should be unused, unwashed.
• The products’ original tags and packaging should be available, otherwise the return/exchange will not be accepted.
• If the product is customized, exchange/return is not available.
• You can raise a return/exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
• The return/exchange products need to be self-shipped to us by a reliable courier service after raising a return request. The products need to packed (unwashed, unused) with the original tag intact and addressed to our location:

• If you receive damaged/tampered product/package, mail to us at info@mmrikanda.com within 48 hours mentioning your order no. and the concern regarding the package with the image of the tampered/damaged product/package. (It would of more help if you could video it while opening the product) Replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost (a maximum of 150 INR would be issued as a credit note for shipping).
• If you receive a damaged/tampered package, kindly do not accept the package.
• If the customer receives damaged/ tampered product, we will reimburse the courier charges otherwise for normal exchange/return, the amount has to be borne by the customer.
• Products purchased during sale are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Jewellery, bags and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased from the stores are eligible for return/exchange at store only.
• Any credit note issued will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• Credit note once issued cannot be en-cashed.
• Gift boxes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Gift wraps cannot be refunded.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• No return/exchange request will be accepted after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• For international orders, unfortunately we do not have return/exchange policy.
